Great Cairn Mountaineering Trip March 19-25, 2000 Who went

This was a small trip, perhaps since the original destination was Grassi. Both Great Cairn and Grassi are primarily ski mountaineering destinations with very large terrain and a shortage of sheltered slopes for having fun making turns. And both locations are glaciated, although Great Cairn to a lesser extent that Grassi.
