2013 Avalanche Damage

The recent avalanche was not full-path, the visible outline of a longer repeat interval path is much larger. But it did destroy some trees that were a pretty good size that had made some progress re-establishing themselves. I suspect the large path was cleared out in the mid-1980's, speculating based on western US weather and avalanche history. So some of these trees could be 25 years old if that is correct.
