Dead Last but Finished and Badass Awards - Kinetic Kops

The Dead Last but Finished Award is self explanatory and sometimes called the At Least I Finished award. It went to the Kinetic Kops, who entered their vehicle at the last minute and could not even try the water crossing (which surely gave them a fatal time penalty by itself).

They were really there from Humboldt, CA to police people and make sure they had fun (both by writing tickets and by providing entertainment at times). This is probably what the Badass award was for. It's not listed in the official list either.
