Kinetic Kops

The Kinetic Kops were really present to write citations for things like not having enough fun or wearing too big a clock (in the case of Father Time). They came from Humboldt, CA (of course!). At the last minute they entered there vehicle in most of the race, although they did not quality for the water crossing due to lack of planning for it or life jackets. They did complete the mud though!

They won the Dead Last but Finished award (also known as the "At Least We Finished" award.)
