Bouncing Friendly Gnome

The Bouncing Friendly Gnome (aka Peter Wagner of Davis, CA) bounces up KAGO hill. This is the only entry not using a sprocket and chain arrangement of some kind. He's used this in many races now though, so he's got everything down pretty well.
