Sunset from the Watchman

Since I had planned the Union Peak hike and it happened to end up on a full moon I figured I would go up to the rim and watch the moon rise. I ended up posting this as a separate meet-up and a lot of people signed up, and many of the showed up. (On this kind of thing it's hard to know if people will be there or not despite the rsvp. But I didn't try to keep track anyway so I have no idea how many were there.) We hiked up the Watchman, a small peak on the west side of the Crater Lake rim with a fire tower on top and a dirt access road making it an easy hike. It's fairly popular so for this full moon on a weekend there were quite a few people, some from the meet-up group and some not.
